9 rules to make an up-sell that converts

Upselling is an awesome way to do that. In 2012, Amazon came up with an upsell policy and that policy said, let’s show them other products that are related to the product they just bought. It increased Amazon sales by 29% just by adding that to the bottom of the product that we’re buying.
✅1:43 – We always use the term upselling and cross-selling which is used interchangeably but not actually the same.
Upselling – Offering buyers a more expensive item.
Cross-selling – Offering another item related to the particular product. It can be a higher or lower price.
